As the sun scorches overhead your senses are muted and all you can think of is something cold to guzzle. Water is an essential part of body. If a sufficient amount of water is not provided to the body then it will become dehydrated which can be fatal. Water is the most natural drink for the body, but it is tasteless and dull. Unless you are really thirsty, when plain water is often the best thing, you may want something more flavoursome to satisfy your taste buds.

Some of the latest cold drinks have become very popular - health and taste wise. Aerated cold drinks, juices, coconut water, buttermilk, lemon water, chilled coffees, iced teas, mocktails, smoothies, floats, etc. are always in demand in the hotter summer weather.
