Julia McWilliams a.k.a "
Julia Child" was a popular TV chef and author from Pasadena, California and born on August 15, 1912. As a little girl she was know by different nicknames such as Juke, Juju and Jukies. Julia remained a great reference for any cooking advices and tips despite her critics. She became the first woman to be inducted into the Clinary Institute Hall of Fame. Her name is one of the most prominent names in food and famous chefs.
In August 2004, at her assisted-living home in Montecito, Julia Child died with kidney failure. With no intentions of slowing down in her chosen path, biography.com quoted,
"In this line of work...you keep right on till you're through," she said.
"Retired people are boring." Child's memory will continue to live on through everyone's home.
